- Exterior - Traditional building coloured in red and white very nice facade.
- General - Cafeteria, car park, meeting rooms. 0500/MP
- Lobby - It is nicely decorated and furnished. Not very large.
- Location - Situated in the old quarter of Bilbao, near the Arriaga theatre, and only a few metres from the railway station with links to Santander,Bilbao and Abando. Very near the Guggenheim museum.
- Restaurant - A la carte restaurant is specialized in local "Basque" cuisine, as well as a delicious and varied breakfast buffet.
- Rooms - 40 rooms, 31 of which are doubles and 9 singles, all with direct-dial telephone, satellite tv, mini bar, air-conditioning, safe deposit box, and hair-dryer in the bathrooms. Some no smoking rooms are available.
