- Location - This nice hotel is found in an excellent location right in the centre of the old quarter of Bilbao near the metro station, shops and entertainment.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves local specialities and international dishes.
- Rooms - There are 65 rooms in total all fully equipped according to its category including satellite TV, telephone, radio, computer connection, hair dryer, safe box and bathroom. Some are family rooms and there are also non-smoking rooms. The decoration is up to date and functional.
