- Lobby - It is quite ample and bright where lights and colours have been combined to achieve a nice appearance.
- Location - Barely 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim Museum - the symbol of new Bilbao.This hotel is in a privileged position in the city, with panoramic views over the "Ria" (estuary), the Calatrava walkway and the Guggenheim itself. Less than 200 metres from the hotel there is Abando railway station and the Bilbao Metro. Less than 100 metres away the airport buses can be found.
- Restaurant - Ibaizabal restaurant is run by the Chef Mikel Peinador since 1995.He is the gastronomic adviser of this a la carte restaurant and Buffets, which vary their offer depending on the season.Its cuisine includes the best of the Basque cuisine combining the traditional with innovation.
