- Exterior - A grand modern building with a modern out-look. The facade is made of dark mirrored stained glass and grey granite walls.

- Lobby - Reception area and the lobby area are very modern and relaxed. Large reception, beige marbled floors, and furbished with fine classic furnishings. The lobby and public areas are also finely decorated with classic furnishings and fittings such as the marvelous highly polished wooden floors and the classic line of furniture set in the most cosy area of the lobby. There is also a piano-bar offering relaxing moments.
- Location - A member of one Spanish chain of hotels, located in the business district and close to all shoppings areas and places of local interest.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a fine a la carte restaurant offering the most incredible traditonal basque menu. The choice of traditional Spanish cuisine is also available together with a fine selection of wines and spirits. This hotel will offer all the services expected.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size and comfortably decorated with fine classic quality furnishings with all the fabrics and upholstry to match. The bathrooms are large and complete.
