- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and tastefully decorated.
- Location - The hotel is located just opposite the fair site and conference centre'Euskalduna'. As well as being quite close to San Mames Football Stadium, the hotel is also within easy reach of famous Guggenheim Museum.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated in a traditional style with fine cutlery and glassware. The restaurant specialises in Basque cuisine, although traditional and international dishes are also available.
- Rooms - Its 82 rooms are equipped with all kinds of facilities such as central heating, air-conditioning, interactive and satellite television, safe deposit box, hairdryer, fax and PC connection. Bathrooms are also finely decorated. Non smoking rooms are available.
