- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and is marbled and tastefully decorated. Adjoining the reception area is a very modern seating lounge.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the residential colony of Parquesol, the new modern area of Valladolid and just a few metres from the new Zorrilla Football Stadium.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is well known for its traditional cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are comfortable and very spacious with well equipped bathrooms.
