- Exterior - White modern style building, sorrounded by palms, very in tune with the island environment
- General - Great frontbeach hotel, ubicated in a beautiful volcanic spot, with plenty of ammenities and a good standard of service.
- Lobby - The hall is made of marble, with spacious lounges. The vestibule is very bright with high ceiling, embellished with a profusion of plants and gleaming spaces.
- Location - The hotel is situated in a spectacular setting, only few metres away from the beach "Los Gigantes, a very picturesque scene with black volcanic sand. Unique location.
- Restaurant - With capacity for 600 people, catters for international and local cuisine. Brightly lit, stylish and smart.
- Rooms - Rooms are large in size, warm and intimate colours with dark wood ornaments and furniture. All rooms and bathrooms are in a very good condition. Balconys offers clients stunning views of La Gomera Island and some of the hotels' gardens and waterfalls.
