- Exterior - This is a magnificent hotel building, with traditional architectural features and a white facade.
- General - This hotel offers an exclusive and comfortable stay and though a four star property, it really deserves to be upgraded to a five stars. Ample parking facilites are provided for guests. 0899/1100ZS
- Lobby - The hotel has a very large reception area and main entrance with tasteful modern furniture and lovely bonsai trees.
- Location - The hotel is located in front of Santa Justa station, just five minutes from the historical and cultural centre and 10 minutes from the new congress Palace.
- Restaurant - The hotel offers three restaurants, all providing excellent cuisine.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are large and very well decorated. There is an executive floor, 'Club Miguel Angel' providing five star luxury within a four star hotel.
