- Location - The hotel is a recently built four star hotel located in the heart of the capital of Hispalis. It is close to the neighbourhood of Santa Cruz, the Plaza de Espana, and the Maria Luisa Park. Its location offers rapid access both to the high-speed (AVE) train station and several city link highways.
- Restaurant - The a la carte restaurant "Anil, offers delicious local and international dishes, as well as a buffet breakfast and a wide selection of menus for banquets and corporate events. 24 hour room service is also available.
