- Exterior - This is a new hotel was built in 1990.
- General - 0798/1100ZS
- Lobby - The entrance of the hotel features a central fountain surrounded by palm trees and leads through to the lobby and reception area. This area is average in size and fully furnished with seetees and tables and decorated in a modern Andalucian style. To the right of this area is a charming coffee bar.
- Location - The hotel is located close to the famous Triana Quarter and the Guadalquivir River and only 15 minutes from the old part of the city near to the "Cartuja Island" where the "expo 92" exhibition was held.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is divided into two areas, one for a la carte dining, and the other for group bookings. It seats about 120 people in total and offers both international and regional cusine.The hotel also offers meeting and convention facilities.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and well lit and decorated in a warm cream colour scheme. They offer full and comfortable facilities.
