- Exterior - The property is surrounded by a garden, a wonderful swimming pool and a private car park for guests. There is also a peaceful terrace beside the swimming pool and gardens.
- General - The gymnasium offers a large range of activities from fitness sessions to a massage parlour. 0699/1100ZS
- Lobby - The lobby and reception area are small but comfortably decorated with settees, glass tables and green plants. There are three lifts to the different floors.
- Location - The hotel is located in the new business centre of Seville, just in front of the "Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones, 15 minutes from the Expo '92 venue and 5 minutes from the airport and the train station "Santa Justa". This hotel offers a full range of facilities and services.
- Restaurant - šLa Fuente" is the perfect restaurant for either a business lunch or a romantic evening meal. It has a pleasant atmosphere, with soft tone lighting. The hotel provides several lounges for banquets and meetings with a capacity for accomodating 20 to 300 people.
- Rooms - There are 218 rooms and suites all with spacious bathrooms. They are well decorated in a modern style and well furnished.
