- Exterior - The hotel facade resembles a large modern office complex, all white with magnificient glass panels.
- General - The hotel also has a fine swimming pool and extensive gardens. It is conveniently close to all the exit motorways. Most of the bedrooms are now renovated and the lobby area will be finish by the beggining of April. This hotel will finally be of a very good standard amongst the 4* in the city of Seville.
- Lobby - The lobby is spacious and well decorated with modern furnishings and white marbled floors. The reception is located in the centre of the lobby. It is very stylish with a water feature, surrounded by tropical plants, enhancing the modern and luxurious feel of the public areas.
- Location - The hotel is located within 10 minutes of the city centre and adjacent to Seville's most popular sports grounds. The hotel was built for Expo 92 and has remained one of the leading hotels in the city due to its large facilities, such as the fabulous congress centre with a capacity for over 2500 people.
- Restaurant - The hotel has three restaurants and a piano bar.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and well appointed, with functional decor. They are modern and comfortable with all amenities such as cable television, telephone and more.
