- Location - A modern building situated on the left bank of the river tormes on a slight undulation. Due to its location overlooking the city, it enjoys a magnificent panorama of Salamanca, now declared a protected site and a national monument. The entire city is like an "outdoor museum".
- Restaurant - A modern room with wide windows, which enables guests to enjoy the city view. The most caracteristic food is the delicious sausages "chorizo, jamon and lomo iberico".
- Rooms - There are 108 rooms, half of them facing the city and the remainder facing the gardens. The decor is modern and functional with a green colour scheme.
