- Lobby - The lobby is all marbled and nicely decorated with plants everywhere.
- Location - The hotel is situated alongside the Town Hall and the Cathedral. It is 220 metres from the casino, 500 metres from the Salzillo Museum and 10 kilometres from Altorreal Golf Course. The hotel is located in one of the best residential areas of Murcia and is easy to reach from the Andalucia and the Alicante motorways.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant has a well earned reputation for quality and variety with its exquisite dishes made from local products.
- Rooms - The 153 rooms are fully equipped with the most modern installations, including bathroom, air conditioning and central heating, direct dial, satellite television and individual safety deposit boxes.
