- Exterior -
- General - In the midst of wonderful sun-terraces with sunbeds and parasols, you find a magnificent swimming-pool with a special playground area for children and a fountain. A part of a permanent service of the reception, it disposes of bar-salon, cafeterie with comfortable armchairs in soft colours, piano bar, lounges and several rooms with satellite tv. Its instalations are completed by a sports centre with 3 artificial grass tennis courts. 19 january 95
- Lobby - Big lobby with a marbled reception, tiled floors, natural plants and cushioned wicker armchairs.
- Location - 10.000 square metres of gardens are surrounding the building situated in a quiet area of Palma de Mallorca. 100 metres from the sea, only 5 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from the centre of the town.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated all in wicker-work, there is a breakfast room with an splendid buffet.
- Rooms - Modern spacious rooms, with all the commodities, simply decorated in light colours most of them with terrace.
