- Exterior - There are two buildings.
- General - The hotel offers a sn terrace, 2 arge swimming pools with an area for children, an indoor heated pool with hydromassage, gardens and table tennis. The hotel was fully modernised in 1993.
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with spacious lounges.
- Location - Situated next to a pine wood in popular and lively Arenal, 250 metres from the beach and yacht harbour. Close to the commercial centre and only a few minutes walk from the largest aquatic park on the island. A bus stop to Palma is in close proximity.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants with air conditioning and buffet service.
- Rooms - The 537 large rooms are nicely decorated with terrace, bathroom, central heating, telephone, satellite television and safety deposit box (optional). There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
