- Exterior - The exterior of the building is modern and it has 16 floors surrounded by palm trees.
- General - This a recmomendable hotel because of its location where clients can enjoy a walk in the promenade by the port.13/03MP
- Lobby - The large lobby is all marbled and nicely decorated with beautiful plants and nice furniture.
- Location - The hotel is located in a superb location on the Paseo Maritimo Promenade in the heart of the Bay of Palma. It is 5 minutes from the historical centre of the city and 7 kilometres from the nearest beach. It has panoramic views of the port and the city of Palma De Mallorca and is within walking distance to the main tourist attractions.
- Restaurant - The hotel provides a breakfast buffet, restaurant, and cafeteria. Meal service on the pool terrace is also available during the summer.
- Rooms - The rooms are very spacious and all have full bathroom and air conditioning .
