- Exterior - The building is painted in cream colour, with windows and shades.
- General - This hotel is suitable for the budget traveller, who does not mind a basic accomodation, and near to the city centre.
- Lobby - The lobby is small, with the reception desk on the left side decorated in wood. But very simple decoration.
- Location - The hotel is located in a residential area but within walking distance to the city centre of Palma, about 15 minutes walk.
- Restaurant - The hotel has not restaurant, only serves breakfast. There is a bar next to the reception with seatees and television.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium size, simple and basic decoration but in good condition .
