- Exterior - The building is only few floors high, modern and with balconies.
- General - The hotel is clean and in good condition. Very convenient due to its location right in the beach of the wellknown Playa de Palma.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium size, decorated with plants and there is a seatee area in one side.
- Location - The hotel has an ideal location, right in front of the sandy beach of Playa de Palma. It is also very convenient as it is less than 10 minutes drive to the city of Palma where you can visit the most places of interest.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is large, offering international cuisine in buffet style,The decoration is modern style.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, in a good condition and very nicely decorated, with wooden furniture. For a 3* hotel the standard of the rooms is very good and also the bathroom is in good condition.
