- Exterior - This is a round corner building, which resembles the turret of a castle in the middle of the city centre. It is a traditional grey building.

- Lobby - The lobby is of average size and decorated in functional style. It is both elegant and welcoming to guests.
- Location - The hotel is located on the Plaza Del Callao, at the junction of the Gran Via and Calle Preciados. It is very close to the Plaza Mayor and well connected by bus and metro.
- Restaurant - The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a cafe-bar serving buffet breakfast.
- Rooms - The hotel has 144 rooms (some with jacuzzi) with fully equipped bathrooms, air conditioning, phone, satellite TV, etc.
