- Lobby - The entrance and lobby area are medium in size with a seating area. The reception design and decoration is conventional with no details to underline.
- Location - This hotel is located in the central business and residential area of Arguelles.Just one step away from one of the most important department stores in Spain. It is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España.
- Restaurant - There is not restaurant. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the second floor. here again the decoration is plain but serviceable.
- Rooms - The 95 rooms have interactive and cable TV, telephone, climate control, wake-up service and safety box.The decoration and furnishings are unfashioned although the rooms are medium in size, functional and comfortable.
