- Exterior - The hotel has a classic white facade, with balconies at each window.
- General - This is a very well located hotel within easy access to the main tourist attractions.10/02MP
- Lobby - The lobby is of average size with a comfortable and stylish seating area on the left hand side and opposite the cafeteria and lobby bar. At the end of the entrance corridor is the reception desk.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, close to the Plaza Cibeles, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and other popular places of interest. It is well known in Madrid due to its proximity to government buildings and one of Madrid's most exclusive casinos.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one fully air-conditioned restaurant. It is found at the end of the entrance corridor opposite the reception desk. It provides a stylish enviroment in which to enjoy good cuisine.
- Rooms - The bedrooms have recently been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. They provide an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. All rooms have complete en-suite bathrooms.
