- Exterior - It is a modern and functional construction. The facade is quite plain in beige granite, with a nice entrance to the hotel.
- General - There are different services at the hotel such as tourist information, piano bar, laundry, gardens and car park. There are multifunctional rooms for disabled people.04/01MP
- Lobby - The lobby area is nicely and tastefully decorated. It is a mixture of functionality, comfort and elegance in a traditional atmosphere. There is a seating area next to the reception desk.
- Location - This hotel is located in the so called "culture mile, within easy distance of the Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofia Art Centre. In addition, the Retiro Park and the Planetarium are nearby.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated in a traditional style with nice colours and furnishings. A wide range of dishes are served.
- Rooms - The hotel provides 245 rooms, 61 on the executive floor, 1 presidential suite and 9 suites. All rooms have complete marble bathrooms, individual air conditioning, magnetic lock, minibar, cable television, modem line and hairdryer.
