- Exterior - This is a classic building facing the famous arch that gives its name to the hotel.
- General - The hotel offers dry cleaning and pressing facilities, fax, garage and a meeting room.04/01MP
- Lobby - Although it is rather small, the lobby is decorated in an attractive and elegant way. There is a seating area on the first floor and a small bar.
- Location - The hotel is close to "La Puerta De Toledo, in the historical centre of the city. It is a few minutes walk from the Royal Place and Plaza Mayor. The nearest metro station is the Puerta De Toledo.
- Restaurant - There is an "a la carte" restaurant on the ground floor and also a restaurant serving fast food and a daily menu. Both are tastefully decorated in differing styles. The hotel has also bar.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a standard size, decorated with wooden furnishings. Most have a view over the city. The decoration is not outstanding but functional.
