- Lobby - The hotel's lobby, although not big, gives enough room to feel comfortable and welcome.
- Location - This hotel can boast about its location which is in Puerta del Sol in the centre of Madrid. Its location lets this hotel have many advantages such as being surrounded by typical restaurants and many touristic attractions, as well as shopping areas.
- Restaurant - There is a la carte service and also daily menu.
- Rooms - There are 120 rooms, all of them have full bathroom, telephone and television but just half of the rooms have air conditioning. There are both twins and double rooms available.
