- Exterior - It is a hotel with a modern facade. This hotel was renovated in 1998 so every single thing has been recently updated.
- General - The hotel has meeting rooms for banquets, conferences, conventions and other events. Other services at hotel include room service, telefax, excursions and car rental. 13-08-99
- Lobby - The hotel has a medium sized lobby decorated in marble.
- Location - Situated between Paseo de la Castellana and Plaza de Olavide, the hotel is next to an underground station, "Ruben Dario".
- Restaurant - The hotel has 2 restaurants; one offers a quiet and friendly atmosphere and Vasco-Navarran cuisine, whereas the other is informal and offers Spanish cuisinel. Both are decorated in soft colours offering a nice atmosphere with modern paintings on the walls.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a very good size and most of them (85%) have a lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs (suite style). The decoration is modern in well-matching colours with modern pictures on the walls. Other facilities in the rooms include minibar, direct dial phone, air conditioning colour television by satellite, individual safe and hairdryer.
