- Exterior - The hotel has quite a plain light grey, marbled facade, with an attractive Greek style pattern.
- General - The hotel's parking space is quite limited.
- Lobby - The lobby is of average size, modern in style and decoration with comfortable furnishings.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the Salamanca district and the famous Gran Via. The nearest metro station is Sevilla, just a few steps away from Puerta del Sol. Access to the hotel by coach is quite limited due to the narrow street where it is located. There is easy access for minibuses. Otherwise it is a 15 metre walk from Alcala Street to the hotel entrance.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant/cafeteria where meals are served both a la carte and buffet. Meals a la carte are available at lunch/dinner time whilst the buffet is only available for lunch from Monday to Friday. During the weekends a la carte only is served.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size, comfortably decorated and fully equipped. The bathrooms are large and fully fitted.
