- Exterior - The hotel has a traditional facade which has been modernized and renovated recently in keeping with the Sofitel standard.
- General - This hotel is suitable for guests requiring a central location in Madrid, close to all the main places of interest. 04/01MP
- Lobby - The lobby is well decorated with classical style. There are 2 lifts and a traditional bar can be accessed from the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, close to the Plaza Espana and within walking distance of the Royal Palace, and one of the main shopping areas. It is well connected with public transport.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a cafeteria but no restaurant. Meals can be taken next door to the hotel.
- Rooms - The rooms are of average size and have been recently refurbished. They are well decorated and have marble bathrooms. The prestige rooms and suites on the top floor have wonderful views over Madrid.
