- General - The hotel is located in the business area called the new Madrid. It is an airport hotel of high standard due to its proximity .03/03MP
- Lobby - The lobby and entrance hall are impressive, elegantly decorated and evoke a 5 star atmopshere. Opposite reception a lobby bar is found.
- Location - The hotel is located at the exhibition site Juan Carlos I and within easy reach of the centre of Madrid.This is a very quiet business area. The bus stop and metro are within walking distance.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor and is well known in the area. The quality of the dishes and wines served is very good.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and well decorated with modern facilites and tastefully furrnished. they are medium in size and very comfortable.
