- Exterior - This is a magnificent hotel housed within the walls of the architecturally famous Plaza Castilla.

- Lobby - The reception and lobby area are approached via a superb exterior gate. The public areas are elegantly decorated with light grey marble floors and attractive paintings and furniture.
- Location - This hotel has been recently opened and is located in the financial district of the city. It is in the main "Paseo de la Castellana" close to the exhibition centre with good access to all public transport and the airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers a wide range of culinary pleasures.
- Rooms - There are 263 comfortable and elegantly furnished rooms. They are larger than average with panelled walls and carpeted floors and decorated with an eye for detail. They are well equipped with air conditioning and full marble bathrooms.
