- Lobby - There is a reception desk and a friendly well stocked bar.
- Location - This hotel is a few minutes from Madrid's business centre at the junction of the N-11 trunk road (airport and Barcelona) and the M-30 ring road. It is within walking distance of the Juan Carlos 1 exhibition centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the simplest of dishes or one of the chef's more elaborate menus.
- Rooms - The hotel offers 240 comfortable rooms, all air-conditioned with good facilities. Each room has a double and a single bed, a large desk and a large fully equipped bathroom.
