- Exterior - It is a modern building of red brick facade and columns all around the ground floor.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby area is not very large but welcoming and adequate.
- Location - As the name suggests this is an apartment hotel which was recently built. The hotel is housed in two modern buildings facing each other with a beautiful lawn and fountains in between the two buildings. The nearest metro station is Rios Rosas.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant, where fine cuisine can be sampled. On the other hand if you want a light snack or drink the bar-cafeteria will provide it. 10-08-99
- Rooms - 103 bedrooms with sitting room and 7 double suites with all facilities. The decoration is stylish, convenient and modern up to the highest standard. Comfortable sofas, glass tea tables, and light wooden desks for businessmen, etc.
