- Lobby - The hotel is extremely modern and functional, with a large reception area, beautifully decorated with a soft pink marbled floor and good quality leather chairs and sofas. The public areas are decorated with many attractive leafy and succulent plants.
- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of the Salamanca neighbourhood, close to the science museum and a 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of town. The nearest metro stations are Avenida America or Diego De Leon.
- Restaurant - This hotel is particularly reknown for its fine restaurant, as it specialises in Basque-Navaresse cuisine. It is very popular amongst the locals. There is also a fine selection of regional wines.
- Rooms - The rooms are very well decorated, with fitted carpets and wooden furnishings.
