- Exterior - This is a modern building, which has been totally refurbished, whilst still retaining much of the hotel's past splendour. The hotel has a superb white chalk facade, and stands out from the surrounding buildings.

- Lobby - The lobby is visible from the outside through sliding transparent doors. It is spacious and smart, with a reception desk and a convenenint waiting area.
- Location - This hotel is located in the heart of the "Art Triangle" close to the three main museums in Madrid. It is close to the Botanic Garden and opposite the main Atocha train station. The hotel is well served by public transport.
- Restaurant - The cuisine has an excellent reputation, where fine ingredients are used to prepare many culinary specialities.
- Rooms - The rooms are all average sized, with coordinating upholstery and furnishings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped.
