- Exterior - The building is modern and purpose-built to supply all facilities.
- General - The hotel has 6 conference rooms with the latest audio visual equipment simultaneous translations on request and a seating capacity ranging from 60 to 350 persons. There is an executive floor with exclusive services on each floor. The hotel also offers modern installations such as cafeteria, bars, shopping area and hairdresser.
- Lobby - The lobby and public areas are well decorated and feature plants. There is a seating area with comfortable furniture.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the Barrio de Salamanca which is by far the most elegant part of the city. It is just 50 metres from Calle Serrano the most exclusive shopping area in Madrid, 300 metres from the Castellana and 10 kilometres from the airport.
- Restaurant - Breakfast buffet is served as well as an a la carte menu and buffet at midday.
- Rooms - The rooms are very spacious and have been recently renovated. They feature modern decoration and all the necessary facilities. Rooms come with full bathrooms.
