- Exterior - This is one of the largest hotels in Madrid and one of the biggest in Spain. The exterior and interior are both very modern and of a very high standard. The hotel is reputed to be one of the most modern in Madrid.

- Lobby - The lobby is American style, with a cafeteria, reception desk and comfortable seating areas. The public areas are all decorated in an ultra modern fashion.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the business centre of Madrid, a short taxi ride from the city centre and all the main tourist sights. There is plenty of lively night life close to the Plaza Castilla and Orense district.
- Restaurant - There are three restaurants all offering different menus and varying prices. The cuisine is of a very high standard. Underneath the lobby area is the theatre "La Scala" where live shows and music are performed daily, for visitors as well as hotel guests.
- Rooms - The rooms are all modern in style and decorated to a high standard. The bathrooms have marble walls and floors.
