- Lobby - The entrance to the hotel is traditional and formal, as are the rest of the public areas of this hotel.
- Location - This hotel is located in the most elegant and exclusive area in Madrid, the Salamanca's Quarter, between Paseo de la Castellana and Serrano street and close to the big brand stores.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant in the hotel, but guests can use the restaurant beside the entrance to the hotel. Buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room of the hotel every morning.
- Rooms - Both the rooms and suites are carefully designed for optimum comfort. They are completely refurbished and equipped with modern facilities to include interactive tv systems, satellite tv, air conditioning, mini-bar, safe deposit box and connection for pc. The en-suite bathrooms are also very functional and elegant.
