- Exterior - This is a purpose built hotel and divided into two blocks. They are both connected underground.
- General - 060799/0500:ZS
- Lobby - The hotel has a very spacious lobby area separate from the check-in desk. The decor is modern and 50's style. The public areas have comfortable seating and marble floors.
- Location - The hotel is located outside the city centre in a pleasant residential area. The nearest metro station is Sainz De Baranda about 10 minutes away. Atocha railway station is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is a large room serving breakfast and dinner.
- Rooms - There are two sizes of guest room, both decorated in a modern 70's style, which is now a little outdated. They are all equipped with modern facilities, TV, radio, direct dial phone. The bathrooms are all in good condition.
