- Exterior - This is a large and traditional building, with a plain facade.
- General - This is very popular due to its location, style and reliable service.04/01MP
- Lobby - There is a large reception hall and lobby with marbled floors. There are further public areas and gift shops on the ground floor. New lifts have been installed in the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is opposite the "Estacion del Norte" train station. The nearest metro station is Principe Pio. The hotel is within walking distance of the "Parque del Oeste" and Casa de Campo Park. Plaza Espana and Gran Via are a 10 minute taxi ride away.
- Restaurant - There is a medium size restaurant, next to the cafeteria and snack bar which serve drinks and hot snacks all day. Traditional cuisine is offered with local specialities.The large breakfast room is located on the groud floor.
- Rooms - The rooms are larger than average and are functional and simply decorated. They have large ensuite bathrooms some with hair dryer.
