- Exterior - The hotel is housed in a conventional building in accordance with the rest of constructions in the surrounding area.
- General - This is a good property which main advantage is its location. The hotel will be taking full refurbishment in the sort term which will make of it an even better hotel with a fresher look.10/02MP
- Lobby - The compact lobby area is found just entering the building and to the right handside is the reception desk. All in traditional style.
- Location - This hotel offers a great location in the centre of the city nearby restaurants, cinemas, shopping areas and also historic places such as the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Plaza de España among others. It is also well connected by bus an metro to any part of the city.
- Restaurant - The retaurant is located on the first floor and its decoration is traditional although. It is no too large but comfortable which makes it a nice place to enjoy a traditional meal or relaxed dinner.
- Rooms - The 119 medium sized rooms provided by the hotel are fully equipped including full bathroom, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone and minibar. The decoration is contemporary and a cosy atmosphere takes up the space.
