- Exterior - The hotel has a modern facade. It is an impressive and large building surrounding an inner courtyard where the entrance to the hotel can be found.
- General - There is a variety of meeting and banqueting rooms and facilities. Guests are also able to enjoy bingo, disco and a shopping area.04/01MP
- Lobby - There is a large reception area. It is modern with a seating area, cafeteria and shops. There are ramps for wheelchair access.
- Location - The hotel is close to a residental and commercial area and the shopping area of Goya Street. It is 100 metres from Retiro Park and 10 minutes from the historical and financial centre of Madrid. The hotel has good access to the airport and the Juan Carlos I exhibition site. The nearest metro station is O'Donnell.
- Restaurant - There is a spacious restaurant on the ground floor serving dinner and breakfast. International cusine is available. There is also an American cocktail bar
- Rooms - The rooms are standard size, light and modern. Some have been renovated. They have marble bathrooms.
