- Exterior - This is a colossal landmark building with a glass facade.

- Lobby - The lobby is spacious and tasteful with marble floors, modern furnishings and leafy plants.
- Location - The hotel is located in Chamartin railway station, close to the airport, the Juan Carlos I exhibition site and the main business centre of Madrid. This is without doubt one of the best connected hotels in Madrid. The nearest metro station is Chamartin.
- Restaurant - The interior of the restaurant is interesting and themed as a train. It is spacious and offers a large central cold buffet. There is also an excellent cafeteria serving breakfast.
- Rooms - All 378 rooms are large, comfortable and modern. There are large ensuite bathrooms with both bath and shower.
