- Lobby - The lobby area is medium in size, functional and smart in decoration and style with modern materials.
- Location - This hotel is located near the University campus easily accessible from the motorway and 25 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from the airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves buffet breakfasts, coffe-breaks and dinners. It is a comfortable and welcoming room to enjoy nice meals.
- Rooms - There are 55 fully equipped rooms although in the near future the hotel will have more rooms available. They are all nicely furnished and have marbled bathrooms. The facilities include internet connection, satellite TV and direct phone.
