- Exterior - This is a grand modern building with a plain facade.The entrance has been renovated and it is very exclusive.
- General - The hotel provides excellent service in a prime city location. 03/02MP
- Lobby - It has a very large reception hall with two reception desks. The decor is very interesting and innovative. The floors have hexagonal marbled pieces that match the design of the ceiling.The lifts for customes have been renovated.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Madrid's most central and fashionable area. It is opposite the Palacio de la Liria and the popular department store, El Corte Ingles. It is just minutes from the Plaza de Espana and other places of interest. The nearest underground stations are Arguelles and Ventura Rodriguez.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant serving both local and international cuisine, a cafeteria and a bar. The bar and dance hall offer a good selection of drinks, comfortable seating and a relaxing environment.
- Rooms - The standard bedrooms are large and well decorated with soft pastel colours and modern furnishings. All the en-suite bathrooms are spacious and come completely equipped including shower and bath.The rooms are soundproof.
