- Exterior - This hotel is a very modern building which blends with the adjacent building. The main door gives way to the car park.

- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a marbled floor. The large reception desk is decorated in light wood. There is a disabled ramp for wheelchairs and central corridors overlook the hall.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the industrial area of the south of Madrid, and is just a few minutes away from the city centre. The hotel is very well linked to the airport and Trade Fair Centre by public transport or taxi. This hotel is part of one of the most modern shopping and leisure centres of the area, where both children and adults can enjoy a wonderful stay.
- Restaurant - Two previous years' winner of the Rice International Competition, the chef suggests a wide range of ways of enjoying rice. In addition, the best red meat from Galicia is grilled in front of the guests. All this can be enjoyed with a wide selection of delicious Spanish wines.
- Rooms - The hotel offers 84 luxurious rooms, most of which have terraces facing an artificial lake. They come complete with large marble bathrooms, safe, television, air conditioning and minibar.
