- Exterior - A beautiful building displaying all the belle epoque is evoked in this luxurious hotel with sand stone facade, traditional architecture and impressive bathroom balconies.

- Lobby - Both lobby and reception areas are large and traditional with lovely white marbled floors and reception desk, lovely antique furniture on display, fine persian carpets,large crystal chandeliers, marbled columns with gold trimings and many other features that make this hotel a true palace.
- Location - Member of the finest and most luxurious chains in Europe "Sheraton". Located in the centre of the city with views to the "Urumea river" and the beach ans also within all shopping areas and places of local interest.The beach is within walking distance (300 metres).
- Restaurant - Is another incredible feature. High ceilins with lovely white cameos with golden edges, gold yeso overlayed walls,fine high art nouveau chandeliers. The menu offered is traditional basque and international with a fine selection of wines and spirits.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are magnificent with fine traditional furniture with all the fabris to match. The carpets are of an explendid quality, soft subtle grey colours.The bathrooms are very large and complete.
