- Exterior - The buildings have an unmistakeable air of nobility; rich yet restrained, rustic yet sophisticated. Super 'olde worlde' craftmanship is displayed in the elaborate wrought iron gate and balconies, as well as in the wooden shuttered windows which overlook the shady patios and sparkling fountains in the carefully tended gardens.
- General - This hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the rich cultural and historical treasures of Andalusia.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and well decorated.
- Location - This is a cluster of buildings set in the midst of an immense wood of olive trees. The private 350 hectare estate of varied and unspoilt countryside in the very heart of Andalusia has rolling hills and valleys covered with wild flowers and fragrant culinary herbs.
- Restaurant - The haute-cuisine offered at the restaurant is renowned nationally and internationally, whilst the other excellent restaurant specialises in traditional Spanish dishes.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in exceptional condition along with the bathrooms. Exquisite taste is seen in the 60 different styles of luxury bedrooms or suites.
