- Exterior - This hotel has a character all of its own and is totally different to any other hotel in Granada. Marble pillars and a fountain at the entrance to the hotel evoke the atmosphere an ancient Arabian palace.

- Lobby - The interior of the hotel takes its inspiration from the 'Alhambra Palace'. Magnificent and expensive antique furniture and colourful tiled floors add a touch of class to the hotel. There are eight floors which can be reached by glass elevators with panoramic views over the city.
- Location - The hotel is located in front of the new conference hall. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and panoramic lifts offer great views over Granada.
- Restaurant - The hotel has an a la carte restaurant serving delicious cuisine.
- Rooms - The hotel offers comfortable and tastefully decorated standard bedrooms and luxurious suites. Each floor is decorated in a different colour scheme, but all have a similar style.
