Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel was inaugurated in 1944 and its monastic origin can still be felt.The access to the hotel for coaches is not possible. Due to distance from coach drop off to main entrance (800 metres) and to its uphill location clients can reach main entrance by taxi or even in a sixteen seater if a group.

- Lobby - The galleries with antique Spanish furniture and the comfortable reading rooms and lounges are tastefully decorated in a traditional Spanish style. There are lovely engravings from the Spanish romantic era and portraits and repoductions of El Greco.
- Location - The hotel is housed in an old convent which was founded by the Catholic Monarchs and is under official protection as a historic and artistic monument.
- Restaurant - The dining room has fine examples of crafts and skills local to Granada. Here one can sample the "trevelez" ham and the famous "tortilla de sacromonte, both typical regional specialities.
- Rooms - The rooms are deliberately kept in a style typical of an 18th century monk's cell.
