- Lobby - The lobby is decorated with the familiar and conventional Andalusian colourful tiles. There is a large reception area, with marble floors and a reception desk. There are also spacious seating areas where one can watch television or read.
- Location - This hotel is in a perfect location just a step away from the Alhambra Palace, Granada's most popular attraction. The city centre is only a few minutes away.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a large restaurant which can accommodate up to 500 people, providing good cuisine.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are fairly large, comfortably decorated and well furnished.
